I've got a complete 100% working order 2002 ls1 w/ approx 120k miles. Block, front/ rear covers, valley cover, cam, chain, sprockets. This engine is in excellent shape. No wear virtually anywhere. All cylinders looks perfect cam lobes all smooth. No spun bearings, etc., smooth crosshatch in them all. Normal carbon build up, but other than a cleaning the engine is ready to run. Slap some heads/ gaskets on and go. Turns over like butter. $925

210-551-2166. Located in San Antonio. Local pickup.

Wouldn't an 02' motor have came with MLS head gaskets. The remaining head gasket material on that block looks to be from graphite gaskets.

it was definitely from a 2002 z28 camaro. The head gaskets were not the mls gaskets like you're saying though. Not sure there. Motor had 241 heads and an ls6 intake manifold.

i haven't pulled the cam from it. Its an 01/02 motor. I pulled 241 heads off of it and an ls6 intake manifold. If it were a 98 then it would have had 806 perimeter bolt Vc heads and ls1 manifold and if it were a 99-00 it would have had 853 heads with an ls1 intake.
