Mounted the fuel rails today on the the intake. These are from Holley ment for the ls1 intake. I was going to make some brackets to hold them down, instead I was able to use a bolt going up through the bottom of the intake mounting hole and the brackets that Holley supplied.

-6 adapter on the stock feed for the return fit on I re used it from the factory fuel rail I was using for fuel supply.
What are you going to do about the two holes you had from the previous mockup?

I used some pieces of solid rubber I had laying around and plug up the holes along with some epoxy.

I would drill some holes in the basket to ensure that you dont run it dry while under fuel throttle. Just my .02 , I love the build though. Been trying to track down a reasonably priced notch for a while, if i ever come across one ill just rip the guts out of my 04 and drop it in... Gotta love AJE lol.

Thanks!!! It's been a fun build, I'm even surprised how far the car has came along. It will be two years in April since I got this car as a stock 4 banger and soon it should be making close 900 wheel.

I'm just gonna use this setup for the Dyno. I really didn't spend much on modifying the hat so wouldnt be much of a loss. Before I do any track runs I'll try and find a baffled tank along with a tripple pump hat. I don't want to risk going lean and burning piston just for trying to save a few hundred bucks.

I haven't yet, I was thinking of finding a 03/04 cobra tank. They come from the factory with a baffle.

Thats what im hunting for right now. Seems like i can find them for around 500 on ebay, I think thats a little steep.

Also along with the stock baffled setup it has a dual pump hat!

Got the fuel system all wrapped up. Engine bay looks like a damn birds nest. There's hoses and lines running everywhere seems like. 3 of the fragola 90 degree fittings are leaking. They are connected to orb fittings from Earl's figure the mismatch must be the cause. Ordered some earls fittings. Strange though two 180 degree fittings are fine.

Just couldn't stand how cluttered the engine bay looked with the truck manifold. Got a alternator relocation kit from ICT billet and already had a ls1 manifold and water pump.

The little factory foxbody 4 banger drive shaft held up long than I expected. I'm gonna start making some real power so upgraded to the larger 1350 u joints and rear end flange.
Chromoly sonnax 4l80e slip yoke. This thing is a beautiful piece.

Got the car back on the Dyno. Motor ran great made 753hp and 700tq on 14 psi with only 16 degrees on timing. We stayed on the conservative side until I build the rear end. Can't wait to get some track times.
