That is disappointing. Im just surprised how much a kmemer is now. I bought my first bmr kmember new for 330 shipped. 700 now is on the ridiculous side. No way to knotch the existing stock kmember?
Well I needed to change the motor mount pedastals and such, and I’m wanting to shave weight also. Just made sense this way. The cost is crazy
Dont get discouraged it will all be worth it when your doing rolling burnouts at 60 on the freeway. Or maybe im the only one that thinks that is pretty cool.

Definitely not just you. Probably my favorite thing to do in my car lol.
Just sucks, that’s a hell of a lot idc money to me and I haven’t heard a word.
On a more positive note, my father In law has to sell his Camaro. 73 with forged 355 and Pete Jackson gear drive. He bought the car a month before my wife was born, in 92’. My wife talks about the car a lot and was very upset when she heard he was going to sell it, so I bought it for her. Was a 6 hour drive one way to go get it, she hasn’t stopped thabning me the whole way home. So now we have the t/a, my novas, and a 73 Camaro.
BMR informed us back on 2-14 your K-member would be shipping to you in 1-2 days. We received an email from you this morning and reached out to our rep immediately to see what the issue is, when you will have it, etc. As soon as we hear back we will let you know as well. Very sorry for the delay from BMR on this, typically these are on the shelf or a couple days at most, we don't know until our order is processed by them if there is a longer build time. We will work for you to make sure the issue gets resolved and you get your K-member ASAP!
Well I haven’t. Got **** done on my own stuff, I’ve been working on everyone else’s ****. But this will be coming together just as soon as that’s all done.
Coming back to this, unfortunately I sold my bmr k member. I didn’t want to but I was offered to buy back my old gto that’s I’ve hated myself for selling since I sold it. So I bought that back, that’s the next project.
wifes 73 Camaro is done, finished the swap a few weeks ago, ly5 with ported and milled 862’s and custom grind FTi cam, Jakes 4400 stall in the 80e.
niw I’m back to the trans am! I’m excited. I’ve since installed Lift, so that should speed it up!
That looks like a bomb. I am planning to do on-board-air in mine very soon. Which compressor is that?
figured id get some comments on that. It’s sch80 pvc, with a max pressure setting of 50#, rated to 160-200# iirc. I work with pvc for a living, running 100#+ for years and years. I’m personally not worried about it at all and plan to mount it behind the panel in the rear quarter. The compressor is a viair 92c I believe!

all my underdash wiring is done, all the gauges wired, the anolog inputs ran over and into the center console for the data logger, and my wideband has a usb I also ran over. Mounted my compressor and my air tank in the spare tire well, and mounted my battery disconnect and remote handle.
