Hopefully done end of February. Not aure when I will do a full pass on a preppes track. It will be a no prep and street car so texting for a while will be for no prep only till I get everythinf down. Then I will start tuning for the prepped stuff so I can do some stock block racing. I am hoping for mid 4.70's to 4.80's with stock block and heads. That will be well beyond what you can do with a no prep small tire car. If you can do 5.20's on a true no prep track you are pretty salty.

Carbon seats from ultra carbon came in today. They look super nice but 5 weeks late. Still waiting on the Schoneck hatch it is 6 weeks late so far. Hope it looks at least as good.
The carbon dust on the seats feel like fiberglass insulation on my arms.

Sweet lookin parts. Be super careful mounting those seats. They need full support brackets not like tab style aluminum seat mounts or they can bust up in the event of a crash. Hopefully this is a redundant post, but worth mentioning nonetheless

Love this thing. Ten and a half tire freak show cars man...... I remember watching these things at Englishtown back in the day. They were the sickest thing in the world to me. Guys would be peddling these things half way down the track. I was def 5 liter fox obsessed. Also where my love of procharger came from. Can't wait to see this thing done. Obv with an LS and turbo. Are you sure you dont want to build a ford small block and strap and monster PC on it? lol.

it would be too big of a cost. I was building a firebird and used everything from it. All the electronics etc are new. I have had more than 1 high port SBF. Besides I can **** alot more people off with the LS

I'm just joking around about the ford motor. That class was pretty cutting edge back in the day. I think the 10 inch class was what was actually called the freak show. Both classes were sick. Is there still a strong Ford vs Ford class today?

not like the 90's. That was the prime time for them. That was when a 10.5 was a true 28x10.5 no W. It was the freak show with cars running well into the 7's. There are still so.e Ford only events and NMRA stuff but it' on life support. No prep is where it' at now.

Not really. My bullet intake will be in this week and then the motor will be put in so cold and hot side can be finished. It will be getting tons of attention in the next 3 weeks o a lot of updates coming soon. It is a 417 motorsport lower. And couldn't do anything till it came in.

The front suspension is all in, I am going to need to figure something out with the front rims and tires. Once the motor and tranny is in, the tire will hit the inner lip. The a arms are already 1 1/2 in. Narrowed.

I think I am on par weight wise with the car. Weight includes seat, fuel cell, fuel and water lines, ice chiller with tranny cooler inside, steering, parachute, no windshield.
