You had put in a link instead of an image. (and http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2273187/1.jpg isn't even the right kind of link for cardomain, where'd you come up with that?) 
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2273187 is the correct link to your cardomain page.
http://memimage.cardomain.net/member...2273187_22.jpg is a correct link to one of the images on your cardomain page.
This is how you would display it as an image instead of a link:

But cardomain's smaller images like that are still too big for the sig image size limits. So, I'll do you a favor and crop/resize it so that it fits better, and fix your sig.
