Default fuel cell question...

I am wanting to put in a fuel cell but am not sure of the rules as far as cells in the passenger area. I would like to know from those that have a fuel cell where and how please...

It has to be seperated from the driver by some type of bulkhead. I think at least 1/8" thick if I remember right. Wolfe makes a nice kit if your looking to purchase instead of build one.

Thanks, I have decided to just put a sump in the stock tank and go from there. Too much hassle with a fuel cell at this point.

....or you can buy a cell that mounts where the stock tank goes.

99+ tanks are plastic.

You can sump the 93-98 stuff I guess but when all is said and done, I did not know anyone who could sump my stock tank without charging an arm and a leg.

A friend of mine sumped my stock tank with a sump from Summit (already has been tested and doesn't leak, only took 2 tries) With all the lines, fittings, pump, filters, regulator I'm in this project about $600... I will take some pictures this weekend and post them.

I would have sumped my metal 98 tank, but I did not know anyone who could boil it, and then make the changes, etc...
