Not sure what you mean by "tucked in" but most everyone just runs stock front arm length and stuff. Going with the 2.25" BS wheel will work as mentioned, but most of us just use the standard 1.75" BS wheel.

I run santuff spindle and made the arms 1.5 inches shorter than stock and they are rod ends at every point . so you can move them around some. only problem is santuff dont have much travel cause the ball joints are replaced with spherical bearings drives better than stock . all the stock mounting points are used . also if you are considering anything like this you will need a brake kit for a first gen andaerospace and willwood are the two kits with the santhuff brackets willwood is what i have work great. If want pictures i can send them to you they are like 380 so they want attach.

yeah please send photos, they have to clear my wheels weld alumastars 15x4 with a 1.75 BS WITHOUT any of those damn spacers I hate that thing on my car now.
Also pics of the a arms please you narrowed the bottom 1.5" but what about the top I know it couldn't have been that much moving in the top 1.5" would tilt the heck out of the tire.

Only thing is I already have rims with 1.75 BS, I still have stock a-arms and k member, I need to change so I was wondering if you could do it that way as well.
I haven't seen shorter arms offered.

PA jason is the PA racing parts place?
The thing is I have rims already, but I still need a arms, so it would be more cost effective to just get an arm thats a little shorter, plus it will weigh less =)

it's not as simple as shorter lower a-arms. well, it isn't if you're concerned about any kind of front end alignment.

Not just the lower, both a - arms. There has to be a way to shorten a set without changing the geometry too much, hard part would be getting the top to bottom length ratio the same so it doesn't change the camber too much with travel.

This is the way i see it. i talked with santhuff and jason smith who is PA racing and both told me almost every one that does the spindle moves the tire in 1.5 to 2.5 inches. i moved mine in 1.5 . It drives and steers better than when it had my old set up or when it was stock . plus when we put it on the alginment machine he said the camber was better than stock as for drag racing.

The camber? That's pretty easy to adjust you mean the caster?
I have to align mine, I lowered the car some and the camber is off on mine.
Why can't I be rich and just get some struts lol.
How much are the spindles? I am sure it is a good amount.
Also what brakes work with that spindle, will stock brakes still work and strange brakes?
I remember you said something about the brakes but I have been inhaling metal shavings all day so sorry my brain is toasted
