We need more specifics, what kind of car is in, what are your goals and usages, is it currently fuel injected and computer controlled? You'll need a vortec style intake, not just any traditional chevy intake will work.

A dual plane intake made specifically for Vortec heads should work ok with that cam. Are you keeping computer control on the engine? What trans is in it. If you wan't to you can get a HEI or ready to run distributor and get rid of the ECM all together. But you will have to figure out your gauges. You'll need a way of regulating fuel pressure down as TBI injection is still a little too high for a carb. Unless your block was machined for a fuel pump push rod then you can run a manual pump. I run a 750DP on my vortec headed small block
