Default 4th gen v6 to carbed v8

I have a 94 camaro v6, auto and i plan to put a 400sb in its place.
I happened to stumble across this forum and it looked like there are quite a few people who know their stuff, so i thought maybe you would be able to help me out.
Most of my questions have to do with whether or not parts made to be used with a V8 4th gen can be used with my old sb. Im sure i will need different engine mounts, but will mounts from a v8 4th gen work? Will the transmission bolt up? Will the stock radiator and electric fan be enough for the v8?
Im sure there is plenty of stuff im not even thinking of at this point, so anything you can add that you think may be helpful will be greatly appreciated.

Here is a little list that I've put together for myself and you can search and find many more threads with useful information to help with your swap as well.

Thanks for the info.
I am still unsure about the transmission. From the reading here it sounds like the auto tranny that comes with the v6 wont work, but i have heard elsewhere that all you have to do is get a bellhousing from an LT1 car and then it will bolt right up. Anybody know if thats possible?

LT1 bellhousings will bolt to older small blocks. As far as motor mounts, the lt1 mounts arent that far off. I was looking at them the other day and it seems the pass. side would bolt up fine. The drivers side has the rubber mount in the way of one of the bolt holes, so you could only use 2 there. Im going to try to fab a set up this summer, if i have any success ill let you know. For a tranny, you will need something non-computer controlled. You could use a 700R4, th350, th400, th350-c, 2004R, etc. If you get a non 700r4, you will need the longer 9" tailshaft. Or if you wanted to go manual, the lt1 t56 will bolt right up along with any sbc t5. If you have any questions just let me know.
