Stunningman, I posted TWO....STRAIGHT PUMP GAS.
Go to www.BadAssNovas.com. This guy and Malibu2slow of www.nastyz28.com both run 93-94 octane.
Badassnovas is DrivingWFO at nastyz28.com
Dirt Reynolds of nastyz28 also had a pump gas combo, but do to poor quench had ot SOMETIMES add a splash of race gas in the heat of the summer.

They are both splashing race gas. 94 turbo blue is a race fuel.

Do your math on what if takes to truly come up with 11 to 1 then add in the fact you have to start pulling timing early as it is with vortecs.

There are some tricks to slow the burn and make them less detonation prone but we aren't on that here.

If you want to see if I am truely a shop or not I am leaving a independant company's name for you to check out. Look up Dunn & Bradstreet in a search engine to get their link. Then you can look up my business name and verify that I am a legitiment business owner. I had to have an account set up with them in order for me to become a wholeseller for the Mr. Gasket Co. family of parts. I leave this thread in the hands of the veiwers for their sake.

says sunoco 94/turbo blue in his description i'm guessing a mix of pump gas and race gas.

not that it means anything to any of you. i'm running close to 10:1 with my motor and still run 87 octane.

Citgo has 94 octane and Sunoco 94 octane. NOT race fuels. They are unleaded "REGULAR" gas....DH.

good luck pullign 1.6x short times with the t-5, the best i have seen with a t-5 is 1.7x's and that was pushing it, i toasted my t-5 with a bolt on 305 with no powershifting, but i did beat the crap out of it, 1.6x's will be very difficult no matter what with a stick, and id use somehtign a lil more heavy duty then a CFDF cltuch

Just to clear up the confusion:

When I made motor-only passes, I was running 93 or 94 Sunoco pump-gas. Sometimes I ran 93 from Sheetz. I did add some Turbo Blue for making nitrous passes though. I wanted to try running 91 or 92, but never got around to trying it

I sold my Vortec top-end and have a new setup for this season, but I can tell you guys anything you want to know about my old setup. I'm here to help

Quick Reply: Vortec 350ci..11's?? 350+rwhp?? Lets hear it.
