Go to Nelson Racing and look at their packages. You also might get lucky with W2W, a site sponsor here, and see if they have any 23* SBC kits.

Building the same setup for my '91 Formula. Your best bet would be to fabricate your own system though, especially if money is a concern. ebay can be your friend, but only if you know how to shop, and who to purchase from. Bought two turbo's from eBay awhile back, and although I didn't get the chance to use them myself, my cousin eventually did. After about fifty passes, along with heavy street duty, their still in excellent condition....

Have heard horror stories about e-Bay turbo headers though. Know a few Grand National guys that have had "some" success with them, but there were plenty of others who've had to re-weld them in certain areas, repeatedly. Might want to consider the route that I'm taking, and go with the "log style" cast manifolds (Click Here), much more stronger in my opinion. Good luck....

I have a set of those ebay headers got a decent deal on them..
The quality looks good for the cost. I believe they work on 3rd gen chassis' I don't have one so not 100%..

I would not get one of those "kits" turbos though as I have heard nothing but bad things. I would look at a off the shelf cheap alternative.
If cost is an issue you are going to not want nelson, Speed inc, W2W, Kooks, etc...
They are not cheap.. Quality YES cheap no.
There is also the manifold setups from Banks you can buy seperate might be an ok deal to go with. I am selling my headers at some point but got to see if they might work on a sbc in a s10.
