You'll have better luck in the SBC/BBC forum... https://ls1tech.com/forums/small-block-big-block-chevy-specific-92/

You would probably need at least 2 1/4" primary tubes, expect to pay $1000-$3000 for a set of headers. Take it to Kooks or Lemons. The good news is BMR makes a k-member that should bolt the big block in there.

You're in luck, Lemons headers makes headers for a BBC in a 4th gen Camaro. That is if you are running a conventional cylinder head. If you were running a Big Chief, Big Duke, or heads like that you might need to have them custom built. Lemons.com, check that out. Good Luck

Hooker Comp hedders (#2455) bolt on with some clearancing of the firewall. For $165, you can't go wrong, especially if you smash them after a wheelie.
I don't know if the 2" primaries will support a 632 though.

.
Don't forget a 632 needs a 10.2+ block, when ordering headers, make sure they don't assume 9.8.
Heads also have several different configurations. Depending on power, you will need a 2 1/4-2 3/8+ tube
& should get a stepped header. Headers are the last thing to worry about right now.
You don't have an engine & you haven't even done the new front half yet. My 2 cents.
Get the engine in before worrying about headers. Good luck.

i have a short deck motor in my 02 camaro and about to finish it... its a long process and takes a while to do it right... im about 3 weeks out from finishing my car and i started on it the 1st of may and i spend about 25 hours per week average on it... of course this car went through a whole rebuild.... but getting all the **** worked out to make a bbc work in the car is still a task.... custom and fabrication will be the words used the most as with any race car....

Do what dragster said, there is a guy that does BBC headers for at least third gens (can't remember his name, try a search), just as nice as lemons but a little cheaper. He doas a lot of spoilers and stuff also.
Why 632? Plenty of FAST street cars with 540's and that will be a lot less work.
