thanks there hatcher!!!! and its a ls1!!! with lt headers, and a 3500 converter, ls6 heads, ls6 intake, ms3 cam, 150 shot!! and jus put 3.73's in it...btw i wish i knew why ppl are so offensive on this site i see ppl downin on ppl all the time or being a smart a$$!!! geeeezzzzz get a grip!!!!

You're a lot closer to the LA tuners than anywhere else so I'd travel down there. Either Alan @ Futral or Geoff @ EPS can take care of you. Patrick G whom is an admin on this site also tunes cars in the LA area and is very good. Google says you're 4 hrs from their area, but it'd be worth the drive. Not many tuners in Alabama know WTF they're doing.

"Gomer" is another option. I think he still lives in Alabama, and has been tuning cars for years. I don't have any personal experience w/ his tuning but the word on the street is he's damn good at it.

No problem man. Alot of the people on here are dick heads for some reason. There are a few helpful ones on here. If I were u I would call Geoff over at EPS in La. He is a nice guy and a very good tuner. Here's his #1-225-751-8500.

thanks Damian for the info man!!! and hatcher i appreciate the number buddy!!! my car is tuned right now, it had a small cam and headers and the 3500 converter in it and i got a place called RWTD running with the devil do it its a guy named James and hes really good.. my car did awesome and ive seen some other cars hes done and hes and hour away but hes always backed up and doesnt have time to talk at all so i want somebody that can tell me wats goin ya know

^^ I've have had James (RWTD) do several of my cars. I get fed up with his crap. You all right. He never has time for u and is always " gone outta town". Alot of us local guys use to use him ALOT. Most of us have moved on to other tuners. James is good when he will answer. But after ur first tune when he gets the money he is REALLY hard to get in touch with.

Nope. They are definitely still open to the best of my knowledge. Pass by it pretty regularly. John does good tuning work. He tuned by bro in laws TA and once I start modding I am hoping he will tune mine.

hmmm... i called John a couple weeks ago and he said the shop was no longer a everyday deal. he said he will only tune on the side because he is managing a auto parts store. but he still tunes on the side is what he told me??? Maybe they still modify cars and build them but i kno John has another job as of right now.

May also want to check with JMS over in Lucedale, MS. I know they're assumed to be a "mustang shop", but they're good tuners and they've built all kinds of vehicles. It's fairly close to you as well.

They've tuned Ford, GM, and Dodge as far as I know. They are good tuners who aren't afraid to put the time in on the dyno to get it right. I would at least give them a call if I were you, especially since they're so close to home.

It's been a couple years, but my car has been tuned by XXX Motorsports before. They do good work!
