Checking in, Ive been out of the game for a while, but bought myself a 1LE the other day, so I'm back in the game!
Glad to see a thread for Laffy. Looking forward to getting out and meeting some of you guys.
Are there any tuners/shops worth a damn around Lafayette?

I wish I could but my weekend to work,but on a high note I did drive 1 & 1/2hrs to No Problem Raceway and ran a 12.5,then a 12,8,then a 11.9 @120.64mph w/1.9 60ft then drove back another hour and a half back home with stock 10bolt intact so I was happy with my lil 347! More in it if I set it up to leave harder but I'm on 18" Nitto 555R dr's so it is what it is.

Thanks! I need to buy some track wheels/tires but I'm happy at this point being able to run 11's on this setup. After I build the rear I'll invest in a good set and go back and launch around 5-6k and see what it does.

I missed the morning meet, but was out and about on a date and stumbled onto a gathering at Alberston's on the north end of Ambassador at about 8pm on Saturday night, was anyone here at that gathering, and is that something that happens regularly?
Seemed to be a lot of imports, but there were a few Americans in the mix as well. I didn't stop as I was on a date, but it was nice to see a gathering none the less.

Was able to get the fish out to no problem Saturday for the pro test n tune. Went 1.520 60 ft, 7.4 @ 90 1/8, 11.75 @ 113 1/4. Not shabby for a bolt on ls1 cAR.

heads up. lakefront meet 2015 will be april 26 from 10am till. its a huge car meet that grows every year. if any of yall can make the trip, its well worth it.
