Default Pics of Protoype Coil Relocation Kit!

NO splicing of factory wiring harness!!! This is the prototype, but the final ones will be similar, but more refined.

This kit will be available with any kind of wire you want.(8mmTaylor, 8.5mm MSD, 10.4mm Taylor)

I will have all the special tools needed to install. The brackets will be polished(standard)

Thanks again to Steve (slt200mph) for trusting me with his nice Camaro. ~Joshua

Looks nice Josh....How long would it take someone start-finish to do your kit? Just an average guess would be fine. Good luck with your products, I hope you do well!

It took us two days fabricating everything. But that was two people double teaming the tedious things like wire stripping, wrapping, and so on.

If it was one person with all the stuff, I would take a Saturday and Sunday...drinkin' beer..

True, but I always give a lil' extra room.I'd hate somebody getting mad if I said it will be one day at the most. That's why I say 2... and if you finish before you'll think you're a whizzzz.

No, I had to buy a new one. $264 kicks in the a$$.

I just hope that ***** didn't run up tons of minutes until the battery went dead. I had that phone turned off the next morning.

Hey Josh, do you think you could snap some pics of an engine bay with the kit on it showing where the coil packs are re-located to with more emphasis on them? My dad was interested in seeing what the final product looked like. Thanks.

I have more pics, but their still on the hard drive, I have to host the rest on shutterfly first, I'll post a couple more tonight for ya.

I just wanted to show a basic timeline of the process. ~Joshua

Guys, as much as I hate to be a spoilsport, this is getting into a gray area here . The rules are pretty clear on non sponsor pimping and stating an item is gonna be much cheaper than a sponsor's product is definitely crossing the line a bit . Please keep this to PMs and do not post any pricing or contact info. PSJ or Nineball would not be real thrilled if they saw this. I'm trying to be cool about it so please don't put me in a bad spot over it.

I hear ya. Thanks.

I did remove the mention of Thunder on the first post. I never said a price. I only mentioned that I built a better and cheaper mouse trap without giving specifics nor have a solicited business before opening.

I'm walking the line. ~Joshua

can you still use fuel rail covers after you've relocated the coils?

Unfortunatley not.

There are two things that I will include in the disclamers. A.i.r. tubes and FRC's are going to cut down the clearances and make the install impossible.

Hell, if you relocate those coils, minimize the wiring, you can show off those polished/coated/chromed covers with pride. Who needs FRC's?

Can you imagine I put FRC's on my engine?.. it would totally cut down it's appeal.

Once the clutter is gone the LSx is actaully a clean attractive engine to look at. ~Joshua

That's exactly the pic I needed man! Thanks! Also, will you be able to color-match the brackets to the color of the vehicle?
