After market SUK Anyone know where I can get a stock transmission pan gasket for a 4L60E. Lifted the car up to fix some things and notice trans fluid all over the place.
With further inspection the damn gasket has rtv all over it and the gasket looks like the cork gaskets you get from autozone. I guess the person before me didn't really take good care of the car as I would.
Need a good price or if any has an old one laying around thats still good please help.

Do not use RTV with trans fluid. Anyone that knows better is welcome to correct me. Im old school on this. They might have solved this problem. RTV breaks down with atf fluid. are the stock gaskets hard to find?

Uhhh no where. It just started leakin after we went on the mountain ride. got back to my gurls house and notice some spots on her nice white driveway.
Ill never put rtv on any gasket surface hate that stuff. Looks like the previos owener of my car had it put on there with a cork gasket the factory gasket comes with the rubber built on the metal to make sure of seal. I just don't know where to get one.
Im not goin to autozone or any other after maket gasket place i want the factory gasket.

I'm taking out both turbos right now though. Oil starvation, they fried. Bummer. The bill will be $1400 - $1800 depending. Insane fun while they were in though. Shouldn't be too long before I'll have the car running again.

Allright ill do that sometime i got charlie lookin for me right now. Josh ill see if i can still come over this weekend to help out. Damn just found out gettin paid biweekly that sux so im kinda short on money till next friday.
