TSP trouble
Yes the work is great matter of fact i have a motor with there products on it now.I dont want to get in trouble on here i was just tring to find out if maybe they were having a bad day when i called. This is what happen I bought a motor from someone on here and he told me if i whated info on the motor just call ----at tsp. So i called about 2 weeks ago and he told me it was a good motor and that i would be happy with it. Then yesterday i called to make sure my crate had been picked up and the head guy there was not very nice. He told me that he could not give info in a very bad way. Like i told him i was not tring to get someones info on there motor. I was just tring to find out if my crate had been pick up......I would still like to do buisness with them because that is were the parts that are on my motor came from. If this was just a bad day ok thats fine. I was just tring to find out if it is like this all the time........
They weren't very good about updates or even telling me when my engine shipped but......I am very happy with my 383. My friend had about the same experience. I would still reccomend them because they do good work. Just don't expect very good communication from them.

I've never had a problem with them. Whenever I needed a part they had, they shoot it right out to me immediately.

when i was debating on my ms4 cam, i called them several times to make sure clearance was going to be ok, and they were very helpful and i chose the ms4, and couldn't be happier!
I believe you talked with Matt last week. It's not that he was trying to be rude or disrespectful to you, we simply can not give out information on other customers orders or information period. I appologize if he came across as rude, and I can assure you that when I say that is NOT how we do business. We are always here to help customers with tech. support and products but I simply can't give out that kind of information. Give me a call directly and I'll make sure we get you fixed up in the future. 
Just ordered a H/C package from TSP that will be arriving tomorrow. I probably talked to them 10 or 12 times on the phone about my setup. They pointed me in the right direction. Great people.
Jon i just thought it was weird that i talk to you or john about 2 weeks ago and every Q i ask i got an answer. Then i call and talk to matt and all i get is rude comments. Just thought i would say one person being rude can ruin a company. I have a motor from your company now and i will ask to talk to you from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
