i have a dumb ? but can you jump a bike off with a car i left the key in my bike the other day and its dead plz some one help

hell no your car has to much power for your bike your gonna have to get or rent a battery charger

I had to do it with my 2002 GSXR 1000 and it worked fine.

I jumped my 03 Vrod off before no probs, but didn't have hardly any life left in battery afterwards.

I've done it a few times; but don't have the car STARTED...if the alternator is helping out the extra amps will fry the bike's electrical system i've heard!!

Yeah you can do it just not with the car running. Just hook it up and then crank the bike and your good.

That's what I was thinking. I couldn't tell you how many times we pushed bikes off in my driveway...a guy that rode with us had an R6 with charging issues.

Ya just push the bike in N and hop on and put it in first when you get some speed up. should start right up.
