i was so tempted to go to the track tonight...lol....but decided against it cuz i'd like to get it tuned before i went. i'd atleast like to get my VE tables looking good...but i'm still on the fence about whether or not to get a wideband right now. I've got about a $1,000 left to spend and debating on getting a stall or just getting a wideband w/ an aeroforce scan gauge and concentrating on tuning it right now. I just don't want to go to the track and be disappointed again. But i do need ALOT of track time...lol

Hey Grease, can you get me a progressive nitrous controller since you have $1000 left? LOL. I'm glad to hear the car is still running good, I guess it's safe to say you learned something about this hobby. It's always that simple fix to a nerve racking problem!

you might talk to mongoose, he is looking for some replacement wheels. i have 2 sets of the 1995 firehawk/comp TA speedline wheels already, so definately dont need another set... plus just picked up a new set of wheels for the car as well. not sure what ill do with 3 sets... lol

if you look at pretty much any pic of a 1995 firehawk you will see how similar they are to the 2002 speedline wheel. the main difference is the lip. the 1995 firehawk wheel doesnt have the lip for wheel weights like the 2002 WS6 speedline does. firehawk wheels have to be balanced either on the inside lip, or using stick on weights.

I don't like it and I can't stand that color. LOL Just messing around brother, your car is going to look really good man! You know Sheik, those C5 DD machine finish wheels from OE would look killer on your car.

Just got back from b'ham. I want to go with the c5, I know chrome will look alright. I just don't want to chance going with a black center of any kind and not being happy. I will probably be on the zr1's for awhile, I will by wheels last. I saw a nice black firebird with wheels and a nice hugger orange SS on jr allen today.

Saw a decent sounding z28 at flatrock park today. We should have some sort of ls1tech Columbus cookout there. Lots of places for great photos there.
