My cousin just jumped up to E-5 in the Navy and he's loving it. Just got sent over to Trashkanistan to do some "special" stuff.

 

haha...well...i gotta make SSG first...lol...points have been maxed out at 798 FOREVER! but i'm hoping they will drop since it's the end/beginning of the fiscal year....right now since i got a 150 on the board i'm sitting at 728....


that's cool (being promoted, obviously not deploying,lol)...i hear rank is really hard to make in the Navy...my wife's friend just got out of the Navy earlier this year because he said it was hard as hell to make rank and he didn't want to stay in as an E-4...

 

so i checked under my car today to figure out what the new vibration was and didn't find anything unusual.....the torque arm is good too.....sway bar, lca's, etc....nothing looks out of the ordinary....but something is definately not right....it's gonna drive me nuts trying to figure it out...

 

its almost done. little more buffing and assembly and she will all set.... hood came out bigger than i thought she would, but its all good. i still have my factory hood if i ever want to go back to it. any thoughts?

 

You are right. Zach (my cousin) often talks about how tough the Navy is to move up, but he's a persevering individual so it doesn't surprise me that he's moving up the ladder so quick. As for being deployed, he's one of those crazy bastards that's excited about it. Might have something to do with the FAT paychecks he'll be getting while he's over there.

I have been slammed getting married and catching up on school and have had no board time lately. I did get Josh to fix my tune (S/N Damian) last week and boy is it running nice now. Thanks Josh.

Brakes and clutch bleed, linelock works, the goodyears seem to smoke pretty good. The tick mc is awesome, pretty sure I got it adjusted. I will take a test drive tomorrow and see how it goes. I think it's safe to say guys...

As far as the vibration.....found out my TA is slightly bent and my Tranny mount is toast....just ordered them up from Summit...hoping it will be here monday or tuesday.
