Have you done the free mods yet?
I've been swamped with work but I have some time off mid october and after I finish the six speed swap I will come to more meets. I just haven't had my car in good running order plus I've worked the last 6 weekends so I can't make it for a meet to chill.
yeah man, i'm down with it, i think it will be a good race....haven't done any fo the free mods yet.....eventually i'm going to do the bumpstop mod but i'm not in any rush...i did the TB bypass though....and as far as the lid goes i'm not going to touch that since i've got the FTRA....i'm planning on deleting my A/C eventually too, and when i do that I will probably switch to the Chris1313 ram air set up....
so all the suspension work i did really made a difference....the car feels like an entirely different beast! it just feels......solid....lol.....got do something about my y-pipe though....it's banging off the torque arm now....
Had to send the bottle back, something inside was rattling around. This weekend I have got to get the camaro exhuast fixed. Need to go on post and use a lift, you feel up to it Craig?
FML!!! so much for getting promoted anytime soon....i just found out i'm slow and fat! nothing i can't fix though. i really need to get my back looked at because it was killing me this morning during the PT test...when i was running it just kept slowing me down...i tried to keep my mind off the pain but when i did i would naturally start slowing down...then i would realize it and speed up again...but it just wasn't enough...and the tape test....something wasn't right there....i just got taped like 3 weeks ago and my waist was 35"....this time it was 39" but yet i only gained 4 lbs since the last time? that can't be right....
Well you will get it right lol I was the Master Fitness Nco I can help u out lol!. And Honestly The Army should drop the situp event, because guys tend to pull on their neck rather then the hip flexors and Abs. Ill see if I can get my old PT program from my unit. It works it proven, Hell Ive been out for 2+ years and they still use it. Its not that your a fat boy its just you need to learn how to muscle focus, and breathing. I went from 78 sit ups to 90 it was unessary but I was out to prove a point. I also could nock out 88 push up correctly by using muscle focus. The on thing that cause pain is blood flow to the legs and arms. What u want to learn ho to do is to increase circulation. Thats a real tough task but I can help u lol.
well....i didnt realize it, but i verified it in the regulation....and if you get flagged while you are promotable you lose your status....when i found this out i freaked!!!! so i e-mailed my 1SG and asked if he would give me a chance to redeem myself and retake it before he submits the flag....he agreed....so i am retaking the PT test on monday....gotta push through my run and pass that ****...and lose 4 inches this weekend....i'm going to be doing cardio like crazy! lol...
push-ups and sit-ups are not really a problem for me...i definately could improve in both but i do fairly decent....today i did 60 push-ups and 66 sit-ups....and honestly i probably could have knocked out a few more but i wanted to save some energy for the run....
I need to finish the run in 16:36.....i ended up coming in at 18:14.....but as i said, my back was killing me....i kept trying to kind of zone out and let my mind wander so i wasn't thinking about the pain....but every time i did that my body would naturally slow down....and once i relaized it i would pick the pace back up....but yeah it killed me...i'm just going to have to suck it up and push myself hard to pass....
