Going to call around and see if I can find some por15 in columbus. Got the strut mounts on the way, hopefully they will be here by friday. If I pull the lower front control arms off and the bushings are bad then I am going to order some umi chromoly ones.

Got the rear end out and draining. I might have to order another quart of the por15. Got the exhaust off and will start on the fuel tank tomorrow. Looks like it will be fun doing it by myself. Got to figure out a way to get that rear in the truck in case I can't get any help. I am pretty sure I can lift by myself if I need too.
Grease, were you on I85 this morning traveling north while the south bound lane was backed up?

Got the fuel pump installed. I didn't prime it so anything. The sock on the outer portion in the pump assembly is mighty dirty. I am more than likely going to replace it before I put the tank back in.

I'm glad I was able to help you out Sheik? LOL. You know I'm going crazy just sitting here at the house and by the way did I tell you I feel like I'm in that movie called "Misery". So next time please do me a favor and give me a call. My wife will drop me off and pick me up.

So i just took my intake out. The port gaskets look okay...the MAP sensor seems a little suspect as far as sealing correctly. I decided to take my PCV system out to inspect that too and look what I found. I think this might have been the culprit this whole time. Or it might have happened when I took that piece off the fitting, lol, not sure but definately not going to work now. i think I'm just going to buy some vaccum caps and leave it at that. I'm going to RTV the MAP sensor as well.

lol...damn....i wish you would have saw that post and replied sooner. I already RTV'd the MAP. But if it does indeed kill it i will get a new MAP sensor and do as you said.
