427 and 454 GMMG cars converted.
There is no thread related to phase I and II GMMG (Berger, Tom Henry, Harrell,...) cars which have been being converted to 427 and 454. This post would be a good chance to view photos and information about those amazing cars.
Please, post photos.
Regards.

You know that's a really good question. There are many threads on these, but to my knowledge there has never been one dedicatied to specifc production totals regarding P3(and higher) upgrades on the various GMMG cars.
At last count there are 99 GMMG cars uprated with the C5R 427 P3 package.
They are in Berger,DH,BB,PE,HR,and ZL1 cars. For nearly seven years of availability that's a very low amount.
I don't think there were any Tom Henry P3 cars built(to date),definitely not any P3 Earnhardt Intimidators(to date) anyone else feel free to jump in as it's all going off fading memory.
At least one (or three) have the P5 454 configuration, which is the displacement they will be going as C5R block production is pretty much over.
There are two P4 SR427's,one was in ZL1#3 Grumpy's toy,and the other in Intimidator #20.
Best bet is to call Matt,he will have all the exact info right in his head.

Do a search on NEW here on this forum board and you can see some pic's that he has posted of his car and possibly a video as well that was taken in Norway of him doing a spectacular burnout with it.

Do you own the prototype Dick Harrell car as well????

No, i do not own Ron's DH Prototype. I just shot the movie when i visited him a couple of years ago.
I am pretty sure Ron has sold the car now, somewhere in the states.

Was #69 ZL-1 originally black?
Was Grumpy's car re-painted white (or off white)?
Here's a GMMG photo of last ZL-1 #69 & it's black. Now I'm confused
Can anyone help me here. see link...

I'm trying to fill in the blanks.
Thanks Jim

30 of the 69 ZL1’s are Dick Harrell Cars plus 3 prototypes & 1 Pilot car (very wrong) Zl1s are not Dick Harrell cars.
Note to Jim. Before you print, make sure you have your facts correct.

Thanks for the corection........
Updates & corrections are always appreciated. I've been gathering information & photos for a few years now.
Thanks to everyone that is assisting & helping with accurate information.
Often it's difficult to verify information until someone points it out a mistake. The good news is that people are looking at the site, reading the information & pointing out incorrect information. I'm far from an expert & just attempting to have GMMG information in one place. A big thanks!
Matt Murphy visited me Oct. 17th & 18th & signed some of the cars. Matt really hepled out clarifying some things.
If anyone has any GMMG information, photos, car #'s, please e-mail me @ jimsmt@lakeland.ws
2010 HRPT info ........http://www.daytonapacecars.com/id59.html
It would be great to see some GMMG Cars on the PT - maybe a reunion?
Again, thanks Jim
