Default How rare is this car? (1994 yellow Firebird)

It is a 94 Firbird v6 and it is Yellow. I have only seen one, but I would guess there is more than 1. Leather interor, hardtop, loaded! Thanks guys I don't have the VIN right now!

I know that GM HighTech has a yellow LT1.

Well there is a 1999 Gold Z28 here in Charlotte,NC for $8500. Not a bad price for something pretty rare, oh and he has 410's in it and a cat-back.

Well, if I recall correctly there were 304 yellow 'Birds in 1994 and 196 yellow 'Birds in 1993. I don't know offhand what the breakdowns of all the different build combo's, but I was able to narrow my Formula down to about 1 of 8 made in 93. It's the same combo (V8, 6M trans. tan interior) as the GMHTP yellow Formula except mine has A/C. Hope this helps some.

I know your car is rare, I have only seen a couple of '93-'94 Yellow Birds (1 FB/1T/A) here and I live in Houston. I love yellow Pontiacs, I just sold a '88 Yellow Fiero Formula (1 of 436) and I'm looking for a '92 Yellow T/A or T/A conv. or even better GTA ,Also want a '87 yellow Formula and a yellow '93-'94 T/A. For now I'm stuck with a '01 Sunset Orange WS-6, Damn! enjoy your car and post some pics please.

I agree a v-6 is not worth a lot no matter how rare the color is.

That is a pretty rare Z28...I think they only made around 5 of them in 1999. I've got a friend with a 1998 Gold WS6.

Old thread, but since it's already up here anyway...

In 2002 of course, there were Collector Edition Yellow Trans Ams... 2,391 of those

According to http://www.f-body.org/tech/4th_gen.htm :

In 1993, there were 196 total Firebirds/Formulas/TAs (no Camaros) produced in Sunfire Yellow.

In 1994, there were 304 Firebirds/Formulas/TAs (no Camaros) in Sunfire Yellow, and the color was dropped from the lineup in mid-year.

Sport Gold Metallic was available in 1998 on both Firebird line and Camaro line (and 5 Camaros in 1999).

In 1992, there were less than 100 Firebirds/Formulas/TAs (no Camaros) made in Jamaica Yellow - see https://ls1tech.com/forums/showpost....4&postcount=13 for details.
