do you have any idea what else you could buy for 850k?
if the buyer reallly does pay for it. i hope the seller enjoys paying about 20k to ebay for percentage fees.

imho....overhyped. who cares how many there are. you can get a car custom fabbed. 1 of 1 for that amount.

Holy ****!

I mean, sure that car is a legend, but I don't think it's worth that.

You're not just buying a car , you're buying a serious piece of American history. Car collectors are a lot like you guys. They have a passion for owning unique and rare cars like everyone here has a passion for going fast. They also have the money to spend on the car and preserve it the way it should be. That ribbon is like winning an NHRA championship to them. Nothing wrong with that in itself.

That is pretty much the most sought after car from the muscle car era. That and maybe a True GT-40 race car that actually won LeMans.

Thank you, glad someone sees it. I'm not agreeing and saying the price is right, but only 69 made originally, and probably 45 or so of that are left. Only Chevrolet in 69 (besides 2 Corvettes) to get an all-aluminum big block, and if a Cuda can sell for $3 million, then damn right a ZL-1 can sell high too.

Think about the people who are paying 850 K for a car. Do you relly think they give a **** about 850K if they can drop it on a car off e-bay?

not to mention that ebay seller has had 4, yes FOUR ZL1's, COPO's and original Cross-Ram camaros... He works for GM i believe. He talks about the new camaro in his ebay comments. I have been watching this ebay auction from the beginning. The car is a peice of HISTORY.. how do you people not know that. 580 hp ALL ALUMINUM 427 and the whole shibang
