Firehawk or Z06?

Firehawk or Z06? I've got equity in my Firehawk. Z06 'Vettes are selling for 30k in my area with very low miles.
If YOU had the choice, would you keep your Firehawk or get a Z06 for a slightly higher payment? I'll probably keep my garage queen, but the thought is tempting. I've driven a z06-they are nice...

That's a tough one. I'm guessing the Hawks are more rare, and therefore more desirable. A Z06 will perform better, but has only two seats, and I've never gotten used to the notchback styling. I'd choose a Firehawk by a hair. Only if its a Formula though.

Keep the hawk, i drive vettes everyday nothing special. When i drive my hawk i get soo much more attention! In 10 years that hawk will be worth alot more than a Z06 assuming the miles are low

Tough choice. Hell, either way, you're a winner! The Z06 is hard to pass up, but I like the limited production cars too. I'd personally stick with the Fire Hawk. If it's just a speed issue, you can mod it within reach of the vette.

I love my Hawk as well, but I don't know if I could pass up a Z06. Those are sweet cars. I drove one once and it was a whole different experience. I would have a big problem with getting rid of the Hawk, but the trade-off would most likely convince me. That Vette is just a whole other animal.

I will be buying a Z06 about this time next year. But it will sit in the garage right next to the Blackbird. That one is not going anywhere. And I will use the Z more for a daily driver. I think that should be a fun car for a daily car. My bird will be more for shows........Good luck, It's got to be a tough decision.

I'm torn. I keep my Firehawk in a garage and love that car to death. I'm about to get married and can't afford 2 car payments since I have a lil' left on the 'Hawk. I won't sell my pride and joy...ever, I was wondering though if the thought crossed anyone else's mind. I'll probably just wait a couple years get a '97-'99 GTS Viper in addition to my Firehawk since you can find them now for around 39k in good shape.
I'll really be glad 30 years from now that I still have the same Firehawk from my youth.

i wouldnt think twice z06 all the way.as far as a z06 not much faster?? please!!
they are easily a full second faster thats a lot imo.and value in 10 years well i look at it this way look at the bluebook on early firehawks 91-92? compared to a vette!!!
