Yeah, I've yet to ever see another around, ever. Bought mine new back in '01, it was the only non-Ram Air car the dealer had on the lot, so I took it, not knowing what the hell an NHRA Edition was. Nice package though, and very rare, so always neat to know it's 1 of only 143. Unfortunately with my mod and drag racing habit, I can't say I'm keeping it in collector's shape. But it makes for a good conversation piece with other Fbod guys who've never heard of it. I try telling the tech at my track that the stickers mean its NHRA legal. He never buys it 
He has let me run with "NHRA" being my numbers though, which was pretty sweet.

I was driving home yesterday and passed a Firebird with the NHRA sail panel decal on it, no other decals. Saw that the driver was pulling into a shopping center. Followed him into the lot. I asked him if it was an NHRA. He said "a what?, No this is just a Formula". I asked him where he got the decal. He tells me the sail panel decal comes on all Formulas. I checked his door, and sure enough he had a 2000 NHRA Formula. He had no idea what he had.

I just bought mine about a week ago with very low miles and all stock, love it so far but the service engine soon light just came on and they the dealer said it was the mass air flow sensor not under my powertrain warranty and I can not believe they will not cover it. j

2002 NRHA Formula M6 Bought a M6 NHRA Formula off a car lot in Wisconsin in November. Black with leather and loaded. 60,000 miles. They knew what it was and I had to pay alot. Condition 8 out of 10. Stored it for the winter about to get it out.
