99 B4C from the FBI.
Power windows, seat, traction control and cassette. No speakers in the rear cargo area. Still have holes in the back of the headlights and the toggle switches in the lower steering trim. I am pretty sure my Z28 emblems are original but I could be wrong. I will take a picture of my door sticker tomorrow

Did the LS1 B4Cs come with the emblems???

I just bought an SS hood with original paint that matches mine so thats going on. Only change on the exterior

Mike,

Congrats on your ride. I was told that B4Cs had the Z28 emblems in the glove box when they left the factory, so your emblems I would think are stock. Enjoy it.

I understand the color combination is rare, especially for a B4C. I have only had the car 3 weeks and it gets great compliments.

There were 14 31U BGM B4Cs built in '98, all had A4.

Where did you get that breakdown please? They couple of places I checked didn't have the breakdown for B4C like that. The info I posted I got from the guy I bought the car from. Even if the info he gave me is wrong, I love the color combo.

Thanks.

I just had to bolt the hood on btw

Concerning the mirrors and the top-are they all the same color as the rest of the body on the car on 99 and up?

Mike, are your front turn signal lenses clear? The ones on my '99 B4C are amber.

Wish I could determine what my car was used for before the state auctioned it off. It only had 3800 miles on it when they sold it off.

Looks good Mike. As for the mirrors, I don't know. I plan on painting my black mirrors body color some time down the road. I have seen pics of this and I think it adds to the car.

Do title research where you went and titled it. They should have the original title either on file or a copy available somehow.

I have a copy of the original title for my car. I was able to contact the Agency that owned it and get the history on it. I hope to show the car and am going to have a poster made up with the history on it.

Also would a CarFax help you? I unfortunately can't offer to do it for you.

I did a Carfax on it when I bought it. It just said Warren Michigan as the location it was originally titled.

Sorry for not noticing the question until now, but in case you are still wondering, I generated my breakdowns (links in sig) from CompNine's database which was available for free long enough for me to scour the needed data from it. It's not perfect, there is some data missing for a few of the years, but it was the best I have been able to find. Still looking for that "free backdoor" access to GM-VIS.

I joined the club a few weeks ago. Its a 2002 Z28 B4C, why someone put the SS badges on it I have no clue. It came from Monroe North Carolina, and since the lot I'm buying it from is transfering the title, I'm the FIRST OWNER after the police department. Bone stock for now...but I have hooker headers, true duals with X pipe, SLP lid, plugs/plug wires, and a strut tower brace on the way. Ill be getting rotors/pads, tires, and replica Corvette wheels in the near future, along with a tune to tie everything together.

I love hearing the stories on these, how many miles does it have?

I forgot to check in... 2000 B4C from Dallas, I believe it was Highway Patrol. Painted black and white from the factory, paint code 01U. Supposedly they put 100k miles on it before selling it in 2002! It's now at 178k miles and about to receive an LS6 PCV/H/C swap.

If you look closely, you can see the decal on the PS quarter panel says "To Patronize and Annoy"
