Bringing this back up, awesome resource their^ on the production breakdowns. Interesting story on mine. My friends family has had about 5 B4Cs all bought at auction in Indiana as they were retired. Currently still own 3.
Here is the story of the one I bought from them. The 01 Pewter B4C my friend drove for the past 5 years had some body issues started shedding clear on the front half starting last summer 2011 and doors were rough. They acquired another 02 pewter B4C that had a bad trans and we swapped the body panels, so it is pretty clean car now. Unfortunately last fall it chucked a rod at 165,xxx miles. We swapped the ls1 from the 02 B4C into it and is running great again. Donor had 200,000miles by the dash but engine has 60+psi oil pressure at idle and runs smooth and pulls strong. After all the work I helped him do and that this car got me into cars and made me fall in love with fbodies 5 years ago and prompted me to buy my old Z in 07, I had to buy it from him. Ill be sure to post up pics after I give it a good wash this weekend. Still needs some TLC, headlights, tint redone, and there are wires sirens, switches left from its service days I still have to deal with.
Mods done during swap: 1 7/8 ARH headers and ORY, Mufflex clone with magnaflow 4x9, UD pulley, and a good local tune. Rear main is leaking a little so looking to build trans and stall it this winter.
As for the 02 donor car, Im pushing for a 5.3 swap and getting it going again. They are listing the roller for 1500 and its a little rough but mainly still a solid car. Just need paint on the dog cage, and an engine and trans.

There is a blue LT1 B4C Camaro in a Pull A Part junkyard in Atlanta. I could still read State Police where the stickers had been on the front bumper and verified it was a B4C car from an RPO label on the driver's door in the same location my 97 SS's SLP label is. There are 3 Pull A Parts in Atlanta, and it was NOT in the North one. I visited both of the others the same day and don't remember which it was in. I was looking for LT1 Pontiac taillights and didn't need anything off the B4C car, but figured I would let ya'll know. The Engine & Trans are long gone.
1999 B4C Windsor Highway Patrol
was told that the car was in the local newspaper for chasing down a street bike on the 401 doing over 200kph still looking for that article. always wondered if the stripes are factory. it was an unmarked police car and they look like they are about 14 years old lol
mod list
-slp lid
-373's
-shift kit
-taylor wires and iridium plugs
-slp lm1
-hooker long tubes
-custom 3" catted Y pipe
-mild weight reduction
-free mods
-edelbrock rear control arms
-umi shock tower brace
-umi front/rear sway bars
-tune
-C5 rims 265/40R17
295/35R18
-Mickey's for the track
its on rear end number two almost done a budget 8.8 for it
anyone else's b4c have any weird features. with mine if you start the car and turn the headlights on then turn the ignition off the engine still runs till you turn the lights off. and when you turn the alarm on with the key fob the radio turns on as well for about 2 or 3 mins

Nice B4C cars. Wish I could find more history on mine...it has had a number of owners and is a Patriot Red 1994 M6 car, 84k miles, in okay shape...doesn't appear to have any signs of being a police used vehicle but maybe it was an unmarked unit. Originally purchased in IL and 6 months and 8700 miles later registered in OH where it bounced around but remained registered until Jan 2013. I bought it off another Marine on base here in 29 Palms in June 2013 but know it had another owner before him...would like more info though. Needs some TLC...some RPO codes I can't seem to track down but it seems per the spreadsheet JohnnyB posted that mine is 1 of 22 in Medium Patriot Red...oddly has a flat black stripe down the side??

Looking for a y pipe and catalytic converter that will pass NV smog...after the cat doesn't matter stock or aftermarket I'd take either. Right now it has nothing.. I am getting out of the military and moving out there soon and will have to register it there. They do an idle speed and 2500 rpm speed smog test.
Also in need of a bumper if anyone has one.

I have a 1994 B4C that's a 6 speed. Never been in service, 45k miles with suspension and bolt on's. The previous owner had it 10 years and used it for auto-x.

The crazy thing is that I have a flowmaster muffler with tail pipes but it doesn't come anywhere near matching up to the exhaust that's on this car. I will post pics of that tomorrow...it looks like someone just hacked the cat out and goober welded some pipe in there...y pipe looks stock just hacked where the cat connects. Where I live now there isnt a Pick A Part anywhere close...I may have to suck it up and buy a full exhaust just don't want to
