does 40-144308-1 Crane LS1 Spring & Titanium Retainer Kit include the lower spring seats?
and are LS1 Valve Stem Seals, .500 X 8mm, set of 16 GM seals or aftermarket? I prefer to stay GM valve seals

Brian, I'm not sure if the kit comes with the spring seats. Check with one of the salesmen on that. The valvestem seals are from PEP. We use them on all our cylinder heads with no problems. If you are dead-set on the GM seals, we can get those for you as well.
Levi, we definitely appreciate the referals!
Make a trip down here this summer to learn watch/learn some engine building and we will make it worth your while. ![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)
John, glad to hear the cam showed up today. Good luck with the install.
