I am looking to purchase a C-6 Vette in the fall. This will give me more time to tweak my TA. Looking for 450RWP on the T/A. That way if I get whooped in the Vette, I will have me a whoopin' car!

 

Back in the day, I had a bracket racer. It was a mild 389 Pontiac in an MGA that ran 10.24 at 124. I resolve to make my street car with working air and stereo to go faster and quicker

 

I Just order my D1SC a couple of weeks ago...Which was my goal from last year which i finally accomplish....So my goal is to have a new set of tires and build up my suspension....Hopefully i will be able to hit mid to low 11's by the end of the summer...I hope everything goes smoothly and hope the best to everyone else...

 

This year I want to make lots of runs in the 10s. I went 11.40 @126 w/1.83 60'. so it shouldn't be a problem. I just bought a 3.90 gear for it and I am doing some clutch work now. but will be ready when it warms up.
$100 would come in handy for tires when I eat up my et-streets at the track!!

 

Get in to the Low 12's

 

Welp, considering my warranty was up as of Jan 1, I think I have
a whole host of resolutions with the car. This baby is not staying
stock for long. I'm not going to get too crazy, but lid/catback is
in the works, maybe some appearance mods as well.
I itch! I think it's the mod bug!

 

I want to build a stroker[383]or wait on the new 6Liter aluminum block and add a 4 inch crank.

 

My goal for this new years/ new season to get into the 12's! With a set of bf goodrich comp ta drag radials on the way + a 3200-3600 im hoping to drop the 60' and b in the 12's

 

No plans to sell my TransAm! I am looking into either a set of Stage 2 heads+bigger cam or going with somw type of Forced Induction. I would really like to see a Magncharger for the f-body cars this year!

 

I want to start modding this year. I've already done the TSP lid with Holley filter and the Hooker cat back goes on this weekend. I want to do headers and stall by the end of the year.

 

LSX, spohn chrome moly torque arm, LCA relocation brackets, Patriot ls6 style heads. low 11's or 10's would be sweet and high 4xx hp. also a 12 bolt would be a good idea as well. lastly winning the lotto would help out as well

 

This year I will be finishing off the exhaust with an x-pip and rear exit combo, and get the car dyno tuned. Drag radials may also be happening this year... depends on how serious I feel like getting at the track. I would like to purchase a 95-96 Impala, but it may have to wait until I buy a house and get stable.

 

by the end of the year i want to be in the 10's on motor and see what happens with my new motor and maybe upgrade my cam and get a adj t arm and some subframe connectors and some shocks maybe.. but i still need an intake...

 

My resolution for the year is to break 450rwhp. This will be spurred on by spending entirely too much money to change cam, headers, intake, etc. I am also planning to bling up my engine bay and possibly upgrade clutch and rear end!

 

LOL! Me too! I also resolve to do a better job keeping my SS (and rims) clean. A new cam would be nice too! So would a $100 gift certificate!

 

Shooting for mid 11s with a full weight car. Patriot Stage 2 LS6 type heads, I'll wait until the AFRs come out to see whats up with those. G5x2 cam. Then a new rearend before summer with either 3.73s or 4.10s, with a set of BC Forged BC10s, probably 18s. Wish I could go for 19s, but don't want to put up with a crappy ride/handling + the price of tires.

A Mecham spoiler to start the appearance modding, followed by a full LGM suspension setup, but will probably not all happen this year. I'd like to get coilovers, swaybars + LCAs to start.

Looks like I need to get my *** in gear!

Well, i only have a lid and cutout, and would like to do, headers, pulley, Ported TB, ls6 intake and make 350rwhp! and run in the 12's!
