January LS1TECH Rewards Program - Win $100!
Rules have changed slightly, please read!
Just to thank all of our wonderful members and sponsors of this site, we have come up with a way to help pay some lucky individuals back! The rules are simple:
1. All registered members are eligible, except Administrators. Yes, staff members and sponsors are eligible too.
2. For the month of January, we would like to hear your "automotive" related New Year's Resolutions. What vehicle(s) do you want to buy or sell, and what are your performance goals, etc... Each registered member must post ONE reply in this thread. Members attempting to enter more than once by posting more than one reply in this thread will be disqualified
3. Winner will be randomly drawn from all the replies in this thread for this month. Winning number is randomly generated using a mathematical software program.
4. All entries can be submitted up thru the last day of the month. Winner will be drawn on first day of the following month. Winner's member name will be posted here at the end of the contest, and they must respond via email within 10 calendar days or we will redraw a new winner.
Winner will receive:
Registered Member of 3 months or longer = $100.00 gift certificate to LS1TECH Sponsor of winner's choice.
-OR-
Registered Member of less than 3 months = $50.00 gift certificate to LS1TECH Sponsor of winner's choice.
Okay, the rules are simple, no further discussion about them required! Start giving us some feedback and possibly earn some mod-money!

My goal this year is to do some realistic weight reduction on the car (about a 100#s) and allow us to keep the car in the 10s on motor without having to have ALL of the conditions ideal and of course maintain its drivability. I also want to complete a few brainstormed performance projects that should squeek out a little more HP without sacricing anything related to durability or driveability.
Happy New Year to All of you!!!!!!!!

This year I want to pick up a beater and let me WS6 sit under a car cover in crappy weather. I want to get a early 90's blazer with 4wd and a 5 speed as my beater. I also want to get into the high 11's with the WS6. Also this year I want to win this gift certificate atleast once . I hope I can do what I want to this year.

I resolve to sell my nightmare of a vehicle Tahoe since it apparently hates me with every fiber of it's being.
Also, maybe I'll get around to installing my new motor and 60-1 turbo kit.
Maybe.

My new years resolution is to finally be able to get my headers and cam to put into my 'project sleeper'. Also my daily driver. I only want to get my '98 into the low 12's at a 2500 DA. My wifes car on the other hand ('00 Formula WS6), I want to get her's into mid to low 11's all motor for both.

My New years resolutions for my car is to cut off the flowmaster and replace it with the loudmouth exhaust system. I would like to get a nitrous set up and maybe with a little luck get me some eibach lowering springs. First on my list is definitely the exhaust.

as much as i would love to post another "wish list" i will have to be realistic on this one
I hope the start the year off improving upon my stock internal times on my 2001 Z, then most likely a cam will be in the near future and that may be it for my baby this year. But Clint (my hubby), has dreams of putting an LS1 into his '88 Camaro so that will suck up the money i would need to put heads on my car but thats ok, he has to be able to have fun too right. Even though my car wont be fast enough to run with the H/C guys/gals I hope to try to run in some of the LS1Tech events this year along with some local events...Clint wants to start bracket racing the tirdgen once he gets the LS1 & auto in the car, so we will be busy....may need to invest a two car trailer

My goals for the new year...
Install a cam, gears, and learn the ends & outs of LS1 Edit so I can maybe do my own tuning. And decide on which heads to get later on... try to decide if I want to use nitrous or not.
