We do not have a fuel pump solution for the plastic tank f-body cars. We do not have any ETA on it. As soon as there is any new information available we will post it on our web page.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Totally different system.

We do have the PnP harnesses for the new cars if someone wants to upgrade the wiring or add a pump booster as a PnP option. Nothing for the plastic module though.

I was told that some 99 ls1 (fbody) comes w/ metal tank and that your PnP kit would work w/ it. Or is your kit for 98 only?

Some f-body cars as late as 2000 have metal tanks. They are not very common. In this case the Racetronix system available now will work (P/N RX-F98-FPKG-2). If you have a plastic tank it will not.

next question: is there an easy way to find out, like by the VIN codes, etc.?

That is a good question. We will look into this.
In the meantime a magnet or a set of knuckles would be a faster / easier means of determining this.

So if we have a plastic tank, can we use your PnP wiring to wire up two Walbro intank pumps?

No, but we do have DP harnesses available for this application.
Here is one for the GM CK LS1 application:
http://www.racetronix.com/images/Fue.../Dcp_1317b.jpg

This is almost identical to the f-body harness except for some different lengths.

Custom DP systems have been available for the CK platform just as long as the f-body platform. They are almost identical in construction.

The module must be sent in unless you want to fork out $3XX for a new one...

Can't do that. Someone might end up with someone else's defective float assembly. Others might have issue with getting an older yellowed module in place of their newer module.

how much is it?
what kind of turn around time is there?
how does it work? are one of the pumps staged to come on later and if so what signals it? if not can the truck regulator handle 2 of those pumps?

Pumps are staged with options for control such as throttle or Hobbs.
System is fully PnP.
Turnaround depends on our work load here. Average is 2-4 weeks full circle. At peak times of the year we do not take any in as these are not a regular production item.
