Didn't like their attitude either. After I explained my situation there was an awkward silence with him basically saying, "And?" I had to break the silence because I wasn't getting a response on the phone by saying, "So could you assist me with my purchase?"

yeah they billed my card today, they charged me shipping... last time i use them unless i get a refund for shipping or a discount for future purchases... thats a bullshit thing to do. list free shipping then charge you for it!

We stay quite busy during the day guys. I do apologize we were not able to respond promptly. I personally have not been able to log in for two days because of the high volume of online orders/phone calls.

These were sent at times when the business is closed and we are home with our families. You guys do realize we don't sit at our HOME computers all day to check LS1Tech, right?
I highly doubt anyone was told they were "SOL". WE, as salesmen, are not responsible for the website...completely different department. That said, there was a glitch in the computer system that I was aware of, but could not fix myself. NO orders were charged shipping if they were placed in time!! I PERSONALLY and MANUALLY enter these orders in. Your card is not charged when you click send on the website. I have to enter the orders in and then process the cards. I removed shipping charges from every online order that showed them.
I have responded to both of your PMs, and will take care of the situation. You were not charged shipping if the order was placed in time! If you were, I will gladly refund shipping charges. Again, I do apologize for the error on our website, but that is out of our hands.

You were never charged freight! Please allow me to explain.
You ordered...
12557331 has been discontinued, but was not removed from our website (I do apologize). I removed that price of $18.11 from your order, leaving the following...$9.04, $17.60, $37.58, $23.45
Simple addition will show these 4 items to be a total of $87.67, which is what your credit card was billed for.
Please show me where I charged you freight??? Please double check your online order and mathematical calculations before accusing us of things we did not do. We pride ourselves on customer service and being a stand up company. I even went as far as shipping the 12563327 Alternator bracket direct from GM because I did not have one in stock. This cost me double freight, and I still shipped it to you for free. We are here to take care of you guys, and I think we do a really good job of it.

thanks beau, i realized after i read your pm i was not charged freight. and thank you for clearing stuff up for me and him. 2 thumbs up and expect another order soon. is there any way to get that bracket? i kinda need it..

got it. thanks! now if only you had the ls3 heads in stock and they werent backordered. my next order will be head gaskets ls7 lifters and a couple other little things
