What we call a stage 1 is the same as some stage 2's and are hand finished and shipped for the posted prices. CNC process is done by T.E.A. and finished by us in house.
Or we can start with a Patriot CNC'd head if a customer wishes as we are distributors for their products also. So on some level our heads are proven.

I will consider your suggestion about the pricing but $1385.00 shipped/no core for a stage 2 style hand finished head is not a bad price.

Yes we are new on the scene and don't have many folks out there running our heads yet and want that to change, so are always open to ideas.

As far as track times go our current project is running 11.4's at 120mph using our fully hand ported 5.3L stage 2 heads, a 232/238 .575/.585 110LSA cam, stock bottom end, most bolt ons, 12 bolt w/4.11's, poor tuning and unadjusted suspension. Not great but not bad for the first time out, with better times to come.

on a totally stock engine we have seen a pick up of 31rwhp with stage 1 heads, un-tuned, but power increase will be largely determined by other factors like cam, exhaust etc. most of our stage1 heads/cam setups average about 410 -420rwhp using a cam in the 224/224 range.
