1: the LS1 isn't any harder to work on than anything else.
2: These cars can be made real quick fairly "easily".

Things I have learned:

1. Dyno numbers really don't mean jack. 450+ rwhp H/C cars are the exception, not the rule, far more 41X/37X H/C guys out there than there are 45X/42X guys.

2. How tolerant my wife really is. Who would have thought she'd have put up with 2 different Z28s, 3 different H/C setups, 3 different sets of wheels, and 147 different plans.

1. I have learned alot more about what car is and what is can do. How it works and such and how to take it apart without destroying it.

2. I have also learned that there is a great bunch of ppl running this site as well as registered users, i have learned so much from someone who simply just answered a question in their spare time and/or have posted their results of their triumphs!

1. 100 shot is a safe way to get lots of extra hp on an LS1

2. It would be impossible to run out of mods/things to buy for my car

1. It is easier to mod an LS1 than I thought.
2. There is invaluable info on almost any mod you can think of, and whether it's worthwhile or not.

2 things that I learned:

1.) A lid is a lid is a lid
2.) Before asking any question, the Search is your best friend. (tongue in cheek)
