BTW, just to let everyone know... my software had a glitch in it, and wouldn't let me invoice everyone tax exempt, so I had to make the cost appear as $429.91, so that with the taxes it came to an even $460. (No impact on you, just means I have more taxes to pay next month.)
Just wanted to let you know, in case you looked at your invoices and were thinking, "WTH? Why did I get charged tax"?

There must be something seriously wrong, because I received an empty box also. I called you about that earlier today. I thought I'd be the only one, but damn, this sucks. Thanks for getting back to me so soon though to let me know what steps are being taken, appreciate it.

I'm about to call UPS again, right now. I'm beyond mad at this point. UPS needs to find out what the hell the problem is. One time, I can see maybe somebody getting to, because the box was clearly labeled as containing car parts. But not everyone got a box that was so boldly labelled.
Believe me gentlemen, nobody is more pissed about this than me. This makes me look very bad, and I don't appreciate that at all. Please understand that I will be knee deep in UPS butt until I can get this problem rectified.
I even talked to my UPS driver yesterday afternoon, after I got off of the phone with Alfredo, and he said that he knows that the boxes were full. That was a lot of shipping for me to do in one day, which isn't very common, so it stuck out in his mind. He said they all felt around 3lbs to him.
I will keep you guys informed of the findings as they come.
For those of you who have already gotten your package in tact, could you post up, if you already haven't done so. Thank you.

Well, mine is out for delivery right now...
If I get an empty box the **** WILL hit the fan, cause there's no way that someone coincidently stole the contents of multiple shipments going to different locations unless it was done at the UPS facility that originally picked up the items for shipment.

Hope this is only isolated to 2 units and not more. I used to work for UPS this is strange i know they are very safe and cautious with there stuff. But they do use some shady help at there transfer stations so there is no telling what might have went wrong.
I hope to be home on monday when UPS get,s here to delv. I was planning, on opening it it front of the driver, just to play it safe, only if it felt lighter than expected.

Just talked to UPS... Alfredo and Kyung should both be talking to UPS officials today, by COB.
The driver had annotated the fact that Kyung's package had been tampered with, and obviously retaped in his drivers notes, according to the UPS official that I just talked to. Talking to Kyung, he said that his invoice was also missing. For those of you who have received your packages, you know that inside was the wideband, and on the outside, next to the UPS label was your invoice, with your address showing, right under the Rev Xtreme logo, in a clear plastic invoice bag that sticks to the package.
So whoever took the part, also took the invoice, but didn't stop the shipment from going through, because then UPS would know where to look, because the tracking would've been stopped at their location. Well, I hope they catch this bastard, because with it being over $400, it's considered grand theft, and I WILL press charges to the full extent of my ability.
