Ok, ladies and gents.... it's been a hectic day here at the shop, sorry I haven't gotten back sooner.

We will have another GP on these, and we won't be putting them in any boxes that have parts names on the outside. The price will be the same, and hopefully the turn around time will be a little better.

I've been talking with UPS people, and there may actually be a way to set up the bastard who's been messing with our stuff, and bust him. If that happens, I will pay him a visit in jail, if it's in the Tampa Depot, because he will come to one of the two jails that are within 5 minutes from here... I will let him know that his *** is mine when he gets out. (Combat Marine mode will be in full effect... I've been having withdrawl symptoms anyways.)

UPS called me Friday at around 1pm or so. They sent out their driver to pick up the box. My dad showed him where it looks like it was re-sealed. UPS said their "investigators" are going to look into it. Haven't heard anything else after that.

UPS called me today. The person said they wouldn't be picking up the package because they had enough information to start the investigation.

No, haven't heard how long it's going to take... they are working on it, though. The regional guy was here yesterday and told me that the guy who heads the department that takes care of these issues should be calling me any day now. They are watching video tapes of the depot now, from what he was saying. So I'll be sure to let you know when I get that phone call.
He was saying that they believe that it happened in the Tampa Depot, though, because by time they got to Jacksonville, the packages would've been too far scattered. To tamper with 3 boxes that have consecutive tracking numbers shows that they were most likely all still together.

I just got a fax in with your paperwork... so I'm going to fill that out and get it back to them today. Not sure why Kyung's papers came first, since I started your claim first. Whatever, as long as we get you taken care of, and make you guys happy, that's what's important to me.
