New Spohn Tubular Mount Torque Arm!
Steve just finished this one. It used tubular steel instead of boxed steel for the cross member. Has an integated loop and is adjustable.

Re: New Spohn Tubular Mount Torque Arm!
Nice piece. Are there any torque arms that :
1) do not mount to the trans tailshaft AND
2) do not rquire a welded in cross member?
All I have seen are O.E. style replacements, and the thought of welding in a crossmember to my SFC doesn't bother me. I just don't want to run into problems later doing trans swap, exhaust etc... Will this TA have enough clearance to do all that? Which Spohn part number or reference # is this. I would like to order maybe mid-Nov, early December. (think Christmas sales guys)

When you order the SP-405-FL, you get a choice of rod end or poly end. The rod end is a better choice for all out racing but transmits more vibration the the chassis. The poly end is a good comprimise for racing and streetability.
The SP-407 is the chrome moly arm. Available soon.

Re: New Spohn Tubular Mount Torque Arm!
Can I order just the cross brace? I already have the arm, but I got the GHann cross brace for the extra exhaust clearance and it scrapes.
If the tubular gives a little more clearance then I might be in for it.
Thanks,
Scott

Re: New Spohn Tubular Mount Torque Arm!
The Moly unit is not available yet. Look for it around January.
You can buy just the cross brace, it will work with your current Spohn arm.
Since the arm does not mount to the trans, it will work with a TH400.
We generally do not do GP's on these. They are priced right and sell very well.
Thanks everyone,
Mikey
