Trevor's in the process of relocating, (has been all weekend) so any inquiries will be answered when he gets his computer back online early this week.

TCI can build TH350/400 converters for LS1 based engines, we were checking on that last week for one of mine.

TH400/LS1 3200 stall and 2.5 stator. Thanks.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to all of you. As Joseph said, I was moving this weekend, so it has been very hectic.

Dave - I received your e-mail. Thanks for sending the detailed information on your new setup. It sounds sweet! It will certainly help in deciding on which converter to match up to your new monster combo.

Onfire - Yes, there is different stator material.

David - A converter in a C5 would really wake it up! You could swap a converter, induction kit, and cat-back, and the car would be VERY streetable and run really well for what's been done to it. A Super Street Fighter 3500 would make a significant difference in the performance of your C5. Get it with the 3.15:1 performance rear so it won't feel so loose. You could have a consistent 12-second screamer with VERY minimal mods.

onebad96T/A - Yes, TCI can make a converter for an LS1 with a TH400 with no problems! I will get pricing on one tomorrow for you. I would expect it to be similar in pricing to an LS1 converter for a TH350; its regular price is $460.99 FYI.

TwnTrboCE - I will get a price for you on the LS1/TH400 converter, too.

Trevor

I don't mind waiting for you guys to sweat the details and get the converter matched up right.
Engine won't be ready for about a month.
Thanks again for being able to accomodate me.

Does anybody have a tele # for Trevor? I checked the Texas Motorsports link on the right but there was no information. I left an email for him but figured a call might be better.

Oh, I received my TC yesterday, too, so you guys that have not gotten them yet should have them soon.

Dave - Yes, I received your e-mail and sent one back to you.

The transmission coolers shipped out last week. I will track all of the packages and make sure that they are on schedule for delivery with no problems.

Thanks!

Cody - I'm sending you an e-mail now.

Everyone please bear with us as we finish the website. It's taken much longer than expected, but we do not want it to be up and running until it is perfect and all of the bugs are worked out. I will say that we're getting very close, though.

Trevor, I am interested in buying a super street fighter. Please let me know how to get in contact.

My email is lswon1@fastrides.net

My main question is that according to TCI the converter will handle 500hp. My car should be making a 400hp at the wheels plus another 150 hp in nitrous. Will the converter handle this?

Thanks,
Mike

Trevor - In an earlier post, I asked about a custom 3800 stall with a 2.2 STR. Can this still be done and what is the regular price?

BLKTA - Yes, it can be done. Being a custom-built converter, it will take around 4 business days to build. It would be built as a Super Street Fighter torque converter. Regular pricing is $524.99, but we have it on sale for the month of February for $499.99.

Feel free to e-mail me at trevor@texas-speed.com or call me at 806-785-8408 if you have any other questions and/or would like to get one on order.

Thanks!

Trevor
