How's the quality on the Tru Fiber hoods? How's fitment? I don't always subscribe to the "you get what you pay for" theory...but that price is substantially cheaper than others...so I'm a bit skeptical.

The sale is only on Tru Fiber hoods so the Raptor hood made by Suncoast creations are not included.
These are excellent hoods and we have had ZERO problems with them. We highly recommend them to our customers!
Unlike some other brands, these hoods also feature a steel latch plate to protect the fiberglass from cracking at the latch point which is a problem that can arise on fiberglass hoods. None of the other hoods suppliers we deal with offer this feature.
They bolt on using OEM hardware and have a nice gel coat finish.
We arranged a special shipping price of 125.00 anywhere in the continental US and that includes home addresses (most other suppliers charge a premium when not going to a business address).

Most hoods ship out the next business days by truck freight. The hoods ship out of California so delivery time is based on your location relative to that. Usually 3-10 days is normal. We provide a tracking # on all shipments.

Do the 98-02 style SS hoods have the plastic grill in the air scoop? I'm on the verge of pulling the trigger...but I'd rather not drive around w/ a gaping hole in scoop.

I'm looking at buying an ss hood but I'd like to know if you have any customers on here that could give some positive feedback (no offense to you btw). It seems too good to be true for 360.00
