I got a quote two days ago from jon on a 408 was this with the discount or is it going to be even cheaper....

Ricky, I don't think the estimates I sent you had the discount in them. I will shoot you a couple more when I get to work on monday.

These motors are out-right to you. There are NO core charges!

We don't build an aluminum 408 out of the L92 b/c the bore is too big from the factory. Typically your 408 will have a 4.030" bore with a 4" crank. The L92 block would have a 4.060" bore from GM. If you would like an aluminum block motor, we can build it out of a LS2 block usin a 4.010" bore with a 4" crank to give you 404c.i.. Shoot me a PM or give us a call with any questions!

Thanks for the info. Yup, I figured it out. I was sitting at work and scribbled out some calculations for the 408...obviously screwing it up. Just goes to show I should be doing more work and less scribbling. I understand why after doing it right and seeing what blocks are available.

We are running a special on FAST90 w/ PTM 90s. Shoot me a PM and I'll see what I can do on a FAST alone. The MAFs are coming. Just waiting on the housings to arrive!
