What kind of HP are we talking about from the 346 long-block if I use an ls6 intake and stock F-Body exhaust? I've recently developed a knock in my engine and I'm looking at my options now. I may just go with an ARE shortblock, or I've also got a quote for an ls6 longblock, but I'm interested in the ARE 346 longblock since it's a little cheaper.

I tried to email my questions, but it bounced back due to your mailbox being full. Here's what I'd like to know:

Obviously, the most important question is what kind of HP are we talking about with this longblock if I use an LS6 intake but stock exhaust?

Right now, my '98 Z28 M6 is sitting in my garage with a knocking that sounds like a spun bearing. So here are my questions:

-How much would shipping be on the longblock to Macon, GA 31216?

-If I just go with a shortblock, what would the shipping be on that as well?

-If you also do installs, I may consider shipping the car to you to have you install the longblock or shortblock. Can you give me a rough estimate on what it would take to ship my car to you from GA. How much extra would installation be in addition to your shortblock or longblock prices?

Thanks for your help. My Z has been sitting for about 6 weeks now and I'm itching to get it back on the road!

Thanks!

I'm still waiting on a status on my heads that they had to warranty, because of shitty flow numbers... They have had the heads for over 3 weeks now. They told me it would be 3-4 day turn around. I hope after all this they are right. Better believe I will re flow test them as soon as I get them back. They told me that the valve guides were worn after about 8000 miles. And wanted to charge me 300.00 to replace them. What kind of junk was I sold?? With the customer service that they have, I don't know what to believe. They told me they tried calling me but phone was busy. Its my cell phone, and I have voicemail... you wouldnt get a busy signal. I really wish they would just give me the money I paid for the heads and they could just lose me as a customer all together cuz this is rediculous. More details to follow as time goes on....
