best setup with stock head unit
Ok so I want to replace the speakers in my car sometime soon but I don't want to replace anything else at all. What is the best/most compatible brand of speaker with the stock set up? Thanks.

Another vote for Key Audio. I just installed his entire F-body speaker package in my 98 this weekend. Are your existing speakers blown?

i have db6501s in front and rear. everything else is stock. sounds good, but if i turned them up loud with t tops off, it'll probably get distorted. in the summer ill probably get a 4 channel amp but unless you are turning up very, very loud they sound clear and very good.

Does the package that keeaudio have come with pigtails to just plug right up to the pigtails in the car already or do you have to mod the wires alittle? My drivers side sailpanel is blown and I have to turn the radio down low and the bass etc down in order to get a decent sound.
