Default Radio off, still a noise comign through speakers.

So when I turn my radio off, there is still a sound, like interference, that comes through on the speakers and gets louder with more engine RPM, any ideas? This is quite annoying when I just want peace and quite on my commute.

Stock Monsoon HU w/ LED w/ resistor swap and JL door speakers installed the way recommended on this site.

Still the stock system?

I've got an aftermarket system in my daily driver that did something similar recently and it turned out to be a lose ground on the back of my HU...if you've got an aftermarket system, I'd start checking all the grounds.

It is the stock Monsoon head unit. But recently I did the LED swap w/ resistors. And the stock speakers went in the doors so I put in JL units.

Did you replace the stock Monsoon speakers with standard 4 Ohm JL's WITHOUT an aftermarket amp to power them?

yea, they are C2- 650x 4ohm, 60 watts of continuous power, and 15-100 watts per channel

For some reason after my mechanic replaced the broken windshield wiper motor, and the other motor involved with the wipers, the sound went away!!!!
