You two need to get your water tested over there... From 20-25 there is no way you would beat me, at any other speed yes because of dead spots. Wish I wasnt on the east coast, this would be easy money for me...My car only weighs 3300 with me in it, and like I said before the times in my sig. are way old.

I was refuring to the t/a on motor. I know I couldnt beat your super cobra ,those things are invincable Sure I could slap on a 150 shot, but I refuse to resort to fake hp. I never got to run with the new setup because I blew a brake line on the way up to the track and now it is closed...

not trying to argue, you would beat me with that race wieght. my car wieghs 3650 with me and bottle. I was going by your sig. I trapped 111 on motor. so racing a car that trapped 112 I would have a CHANCE from a good roll. I can appreciate a fast car n/a or on boost, you have a fast car. Why don't you post a video of you racing something? anything? we are just here to enjoy talking about cars and racing. seems like you here to try and make your self feel better.
Me and lemons didn't see eye to eye in the begining but we appreciate each others cars and understand every race is different.

I have won more races that I have lost so that statement doesnt make sense. I like the stock drivability. I don't like changing valve springs often either. There is always going to be someone faster. So why spend another $800 for aftermarket parts to replace aftermarket parts and pick up 20 hp when i am happy with what the car does now?

and FWIW, im not hating on his car... its just not how i would build a car.. personal preference.. i will never drive his car.. so it really doesnt matter what i think.. only what he thinks!

i will give 99z28 this though... if his race weight is 3300... that would make a HUGE difference... i run as fast or faster times than people with my setup because of that reason.. 3250# here.. and still losing pounds.

Im picking up a used fiberglass hood this or next weekend, and would like to pull the pass side air bag out if its not to much of a song and dance. Weight reduction is addicting! Must seek help...

cam only i went 7.5@90.. that was without a tune for intake or gears and 90 degrees outside...
in Feb. im shooting for a 6.9@97 N/A.. and probably around a low to mid 6@105ish on spray..
in the spring im spending money on weight reduction (trying to get to 3k# race weight, which shouldnt be hard at all).. going to a 4400 stall.. and a small amount of suspension.. LCA's drag bags.. small stuff like that..
hoping for solid 6.8s N/A in the colder weather..

Ok, so im bitting off more than I can chew now... What was your 60" on the 7.5 run? My econo racer went 7.95 with a 60" of 2.0. This thing doesnt do to bad for what I have into it, mostly made of used recycled parts. Thats why I like weight reduction, its like free hp. What would you want for your 4k stall when it comes time? I paid $300 for the 3500.

i believe my 60 foot was a 1.65.. the heat was just killing us that night.. it was humid.. it just sucked for racing all together! haha..
im hoping to cut some low 1.5s or maybe some high high high high 1.4s in Feb... and after the stall and a bit more weight taken out, cut some solid 1.4s.. we will see in about 2 months!

I am hoping for low 11's at 125 with just a port possibly a 10' sec pass. If I spray it mid to low 10's at over 130mph.....not bad for a 3800 pound tank on DR's.
