Default SRT8 Charger?

so cruising along at 80-85 and I was pulled by an SRT8 charger, unsure of the mods but looked like it had an exhaust, sounded like it too. dont know anything about these cars really, i did test drive one a few years ago and was semi impressed with the torque from a 60 punch.

He was about 3/4 car infront of me and got a small jump. went from 80 or 85 all the way to 110ish. at 110 he was maybe 3 cars on me.

would i have a chance from a 60 roll?

To be honest, it's about the same pull between 55-70mph so tough to say. They get better the faster they go though, really fun cars. No shame.

Nice death. If he beat you by 3 cars from 80 to 110, sounds to me like he had a couple of mods and a tune probably. SRT8's respond well to mods like our LS's do.

I'd say it's an honorable loss. He has more power an torque than you, different tranny, he might of been in his good spot and your didn't didn't shift.

Get M6 instead of a crappy A4 man and with very light mods, you will run side by side with them.

You're wrong, I got an A4 with full exhaust only and I beat SRT8's with ease. The reason why the OP lost was they were starting out at 80-85. SRT8's have the advantage up top. When I've raced SRT8's from a high roll, I don't beat them as bad as I do when I race them from a 60 roll. To the OP, never race from a 40 roll {we're autos}, that's our weak spot. Try to always race around a 50-60 roll, that's our sweet spot.

My SRT8 hits its sweet spot at 60 also so it would be a good race.
