All these srk big dogs seem to be awfully sure of them selves when someone has a stroker z06 they have never seen. I dunno about you but a high 11 car thats then stroked and sprayed i mean that can probably be at least quick right?
I mean its no pushrod ford in the killer sn-95 platform
but still...

I just got my "new" Z06 (2002) and my friend wanted to see if I wanted to try it against his Mach 1 His car is a full exhaust(LT's, Xpipe, Cat-back), ported manifold, 98 Cobra Cams, JLT CAI, 456 Gears, Drag Shock, Full race Suspension, and a Detroit locker with 31 spline axles. We ran from a 60 roll and I put about 8-10 cars on him. Then we went from a dig and he immediately jumped out on me about 3 cars but by the time I got to 90mph I had come around him and then put 3-4 cars on him by 115. I am going to get my camera charged up for this weekend, i am supposed to be running a 900hp@34psi supra, but he is only going to use "23psi" on me

LOL! Don't worry about it Rog, it would take alot more than that plastic fantastic Shovelet of yours to put me down! I use cars like yours to do half-throttle warm up runs on. When you can get a decent 10 second run at 130+ under your belt, then you can talk trash to me, otherwise, you're a gnat.

LOL ther is not a 500 lb difference between the cars...and the post about proving mach 1's aren't as fast as they say is completely irrelevant as the z06 is not stock. who says that mach isn't in the elevens with those mods?

You guys talk a lot of smack, but in all honesty none of you guys 'street' cars are really that fast. I mean, 12's, 11's HAHA...that's respectable speed, but bragging about it like of some of you do is downright lame. Heck the last time I was given a ride in a high 11-second car I had to pretend like I was impressed. There is a fair number of guys out there playing with sub 10-second/9-second & quicker cars on the street now days. I wouldn't be bragging to hard on an 11-second car.

I went out to a local spot with like 10 cars that were going to run. Literally the slowest car other than a Mercedes that rolled in there ran a 10.8...
The slowest.
Hoping after august to have mine running similar time. ( well... on the street anyway)
