No ****. A C6 Z06 is crazy brutal on top end. A stock LS1 F-body is no where close to "crazy brutal" anywhere other than how many squeeks and rattles the car makes.

yea top speed isnt everything especially not if it takes you two minutes to get to 160(not saying it does in an fbody) but its how fast you get there is what makes it "crazy brutal" lol just feels weird saying it

Who threw the sand in your vagina? I don't think a C6 Z06 is that crazy one the top end either, its better than a f-body by a mile though. I have fotten used to the squeaks and rattles.

uh ya they are they pull hard on top. a stock ls1 will get to 160 easy! not to mention how well they respond to headers and exhaust. no one has any respect for the ls1 it seems.

Modded cars are different. You said Ls1's not modded LS1's. I respect the LS1 once its modded but stock they are like any other stock engine, weak.

If yours doesn't rattle or squeak its the first one I've ever seen and I've had 7 F-body's. They don't pull that hard stock, modded is different.

yes i know modded is different, i just said it to point out that it doesent take much to make them alot faster than stock. and your crazy if u think the ls1 is weak.

well mine has pretty low miles and its well taken care of so maybe thats why it doesent squeek. i had a 95 z with 140,XXX on it and i admit it did squeek and rattle

i forgot to mention this in my last post. you cant say stock engines are weak, are you saying the ls2,3 and 7 are weak? those are stock engines

I guess I'm crazy but my car is slow to me and its a modded LS6 in an F-Body. What people consider fast or weak is just based on their experiences, I've owned some pretty fast cars so I'm not a good judge of what you consider fast. If yours doesn't squeak and rattle then you are a lucky man.
