Iwas hangin out with a friend for the first time since I got back from college, and we decide to go for a drive, it was a nice day out. We get 5 minutes from his house and this mustang comes up behind me pretty quick. I throw a rev at him and he takes off, like up to about 90-100 mph.

So I take my time, catch up to him, and when I get about 1 car length away, he guns it again. This happens like 4 or 5 times. Everytime he gets up to 90mph+ weaving through traffic in a 45mph zone.

Anyways the kid gets the point and waits for me and some open road. He has steeda stickers all over it, and it is pretty mean sounding. I'm thinkin I'm goin to get worked. We race from 45mph and I beat him by about 4 cars....Race again from 25 ish, same results.

This is were it gets good. There is a stretch of road were there are two roundabouts on each end, so you can keep turning around and running a 1/4 mile race, and then have just enought time to slwo down. We race to one end, and I decide to gun it outta the turn. I get side ways at about 55, slide through the turn staying in my lane and take it up to about 75. He catches up, passes me, I gun it, and by the time I hit 4th, I have a car on him after he put 1-2 on me.

Then Im sitting at a light trying to find one more person to race and I have the worst luck. A hot LT1 camaro rolls up and throws a rev then realizes im in the turning lane and cant do anything about it. A viper rolls through the intersection to turn, and guns it. A cobra rolls through and guns it to follow, all while a lightning takes a different turn and hammers it. And then as I finally get a green light to turn left, another cobra shows up across the intersection. And I couldnt race any of them because of the stupid light! Im just glad I smoked the mustang.

 

busy day. to bad about lights...they are bitches. should invest in one of those emergency strobe light thingies that changes the lights to green. that would solve ur problem

Nice race story. But, I can't believe the stoplight story. I've never seen so much potential action congregated in one spot on a public road. I wouldn't believe my eyes if all these cars would be criss crossing in front of me.

 

Ya that light was awful, i was just sitting there with my jaw dropped. To make it worse, we had just realized my video camera was in the back and we had it out and ready to go.
